My name is Roland, and although I’m in my mid-twenties now, my journey to founding CK Villas was shaped by a challenging past.

When I was just 18, I experienced a devastating loss. My brother, who was not only my role model but also my closest friend, tragically passed away in a horrific accident. With my father absent throughout our childhood, the responsibility of stepping up for my family fell on my shoulders. I had to be the strength that my mother and two sisters needed, helping them navigate their grief while also providing for them.

By the time I was 20, I had already built my first business—a Holiday Home servicing agency. It was born out of necessity but fueled by a deep desire to create something meaningful for my family. I began networking with homeowners in the Costa Blanca area of Spain, listening to their needs, and understanding the nuances of property management. Through hard work and determination, I had the privilege of collaborating with some of the best real estate agents and company directors, learning the ins and outs of the industry from the ground up.

As I continued to grow in the business, my older sister introduced me to her husband, an internationally recognized marketing expert and speaker. Together, we envisioned something bigger—a business that would stand out in the competitive world of real estate. This vision gave birth to CK Villas.
